The Ridgely Volunteer Fire Department deeply regrets to announce the untimely passing of Life member David W. Ross. “Dave” as he was fondly referred to, joined the Ridgely Volunteer Fire Department in 1987. Dave served as a Firefighter, Engineer, and Lieutenant with the Department. Dave was well liked by all who knew him, and was always willing to help anyone in need.
