RVFD welcomed the Pre-K and Kindergarten classes from Ridgely Elementary School as part of an annual tour of the station for Fire Prevention Week.  Every year, the RES students enjoy the late morning walk from school to the station.  The students were split into groups and enjoyed the tour of the fire apparatus, as wells as the informal Fire Prevention talk and video done by Chief Utz.  Later in the afternoon RVFD visited over 100 RES 2nd graders and did an informal question and answer about Fire Prevention.  Thanks to Firefighters Danny North, Dave Lockner, Kyle Ober, and Justin Bacon for all the help.
